KINDERGARTEN WINTER
NEWSLETTER
Hello Parents,
We have had an AMAZING
1 Semester here at KACE. Your kindergarteners have grown so much and we are
excited to see how much more they will grow next semester. A few things to
think about as we get ready for our new year are below.
o
When the New Year begins your
students will start with the other language teacher. (IE. If your student began
the morning with Ms. Mertens before winter break they will now begin the
morning with Mr. Galvan).
o
PLEASE wash all nap materials over
the break and bring them back for the start of school on Wednesday January 7thth
2015.
o
Bring book bags and binders and
remember to check them daily.
o
While at home please check your
student’s hair for lice and follow the appropriate procedures sent home to make
sure they are eliminated before they return to school.
o
Upon returning to school, please make
sure that your child has an extra set of climate appropriate clothes to change
into in case of accident, this does not have to be a uniform.
o
Please continue to allow your child
to read to you daily over the break and document it in your child’s binder. We
will be announcing the 100 book celebration upon return.

Hola Padres,
Hemos tenido
un increíble primer semestre aquí en KACE. Nuestros niños de Kinder han crecido
tanto y nosotros estamos muy emocionados para ver que crezcan aún más en el
próximo semestre. Aquí hay unas cosas para pensar mientras se preparan para el
próximo año:
o
Cuando
empiece el año nuevo, los niños van a empezar su día de clases en el otro
idioma. Por ejemplo, si en las mañanas está ahora con Ms. Mertens, en el nuevo
semestre, empezará el día con Mr. Galvan.
o
POR
FAVOR laven y desinfecten todas las cosas de la siesta y regrésenlas el día
miércoles 7 de enero 2015 cuando empiecen de nuevo las clases.
o
Traigan
las bolsas de libros y las carpetas y revísenlas a diario.
o
Mientras están en casa favor de revisar el pelo de su hijo/a para
piojos y seguir los procedimientos enviados a casa para asegurarse de que se eliminan los
piojos antes de que regresen a la
escuela.
o
Por
favor asegure que su niño tenga un cambio de ropa apropiada para el clima en
caso de algún accidente. No tiene que ser necesariamente del uniforme.
o
Por favor, sigan permitiendo que su hijo/a le
lea a usted todos los días
durante las vacaciones y documentarla en el registro en la carpeta.
Anunciaremos la celebración de 100 libros a regreso
a las clases.
o
Les
agradecemos tanto su arduo trabajo en casa y estamos muy emocionados de
volverlos a ver en enero.
