Buenas tardes padres de familia. Ésta semana hemos concluído
con los exámenes de matemáticas. Todos nuestros estudiantes trabajaron duro
para completarlo y están en un buen lugar para seguir desarrollando sus
habilidades.
Hello, parents. We have finished testing our students in
English math this week. All our kids worked very hard to complete it and are on
their way to developing their math skills.
También hablamos de aprovechar el tiempo de siesta. Muchos
alumnos están quedandose despiertos y nos descansan o duermen. La siesta es muy
importante por que les da la energía para poder terminar el largo día, sinó,
están cansados y quedandose dormidos durante la instrucción. Por favor
recuerdenles a sus hijos de dormir en la siesta.
We also talked about nap time and how they should take
advantage of this wonderful time. Many of our students are not sleeping or resting,
and it is important for them to rest so they can recharge the energy they need
to finish a long day at school. So, please remind your child to sleep during
nap time.
Por ultimo, vamos a tener nuestra excursion el Miércoles 22
de Octubre en el museo Thinkery. Vamos a estár llamando a padres que se
ofrecieron para ser chaperones. Si no les marcamos para éste primer viaje, lo
harémos para uno de los siguientes, así que no se preocupen. Esperamos que
disfruten su fin de semana. Y recuerden, no hay clases el Lunes!
We will have our first field trip on Wednesday October 22nd
at the Thinkery museum. We will be calling some of you parents who registered
to be chaperones. If we do not call you for this first trip, do not worry, we
will on the upcoming trips. Hope you have a great weekend, and remember, no
school on Monday!
