Hola padres de familia. Queremos compartir lo que hemos estado practicando en las clases de lectura y escritura para que puedan apoyar a sus hijos en la casa.
Hemos estado desarrollando ideas sobre diferentes temas y escribiendo sobre algo que nos gusta hacer. Todos los estudiantes han estado escribiendo y dibujando para hacer su primer libro en la clase. Ustedes van a poder ver exactamente que es lo que les gusta hacer, y poder escuchar sobre los detalles cuando sus hijos les platiquen.


Queremos que practiquen el abecedario con sus hijos para que sepan las letras y sus sonidos. Les anexamos un link para poder escuchar el abecedario como lo practicamos en la clase. La cancion menciona la letra, su sonido, y un ejemplo con la letra. Ésto les ayudará para pasar su examen de STEP.

Hello parents. We wanted to share what we have been learning and practicing in our writing class so you can help your children at home.
We have been creating rough drafts on different topics and choosing one to write about. This week, all our kids chose one thing they really like to do. They will finish their work this Friday the 26th and will be ready to publish their work. You will see exactly what they chose and all the details about their topic when they share this awesome achievement with you.

We would like to have all families practice the alphabet and we have put a link with the Spanish alphabet that has the letter, its sound, and an example with the word. It is the same video we practice in class. This will help them achieve their STEP goal of letters and sounds.
